Program description. Jeff Swain Senior Insurance Services sends customer care text messages including appointment scheduling and reminders, replies to your questions, follow-up on plan reviews and applications, and annual enrollment reminders.

Opt-in. You consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by providing your mobile number and agreeing during a phone call or in-person appointment, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive our services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.

Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to end messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also call (559) 323-7559 or email jeffswain@comcast.net to be removed.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
